Air Fryer Chicken & Feta Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:

    •    1 chicken breast, cooked and diced

    •    1 piece flatbread

    •    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    •    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    •    1/8 tsp ground black pepper

    •    1/2 cup torn fresh spinach

    •    1/2 cup pickled red onion

    •    3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

    •    1/2 cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese

    •    1/4 tsp sea salt

    •    Avocado oil (or olive oil) for drizzling

    •    Optional: pineapple chunks for a sweet kick

Instructions:

  1. Layer It Up:

Start by spreading the mozzarella evenly over the flatbread. Then sprinkle on the garlic powder and black pepper for extra flavor.

  2. Top It Off:

Add spinach, pickled red onion, sliced garlic, diced chicken, and crumbled feta evenly across the flatbread.

  3. Air Fry It:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and cook for 10–12 minutes. The cheese should be bubbling, and the toppings golden and slightly crisp.

  4. Finish Strong:

Remove carefully, drizzle with a little avocado oil, sprinkle on sea salt, and let it cool for a minute before slicing.

This flatbread is totally customizable—swap the chicken for ground turkey or tofu, throw on extra veggies, or keep it light with less cheese. It's satisfying, macro-friendly, and so easy to make.
