Hey girl! We are so glad you’re here. That means you’ve decided to make the lifestyle change for yourself! Below you will find all the information you need to get started on your journey to becoming the fiercest version of yourself. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We are so excited to have you!

Lets get started!

  • First, you will need to complete the “New Client Intake” form. Once received, we will reach out to you to set up a consultation appointment. Be looking for a text message!

    Consultations cost $25.00 due at the time of schedule. Invoice will be sent via email for direct pay. You will get a square appointment text message once the appointment is scheduled and confirmed.

    You will also get an invitation to your inbox for the app, which is where your programs will be located. You will set up your account and download the app to your device (iOS and Android compatible). This is where you can communicate with us upload metrics, and view workouts.

    **If you plan on online training, we will set up a time for a consultation via phone.

  • During the consultation, we will go over the “New Client Intake” form and answer any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to the training policies and procedures.

    We will discuss goals and health more in-depth. We will then perform body assessments (weight and measurements) and physical assessments. Please be sure to dress appropriately for this appointment!

    During the physical assessments, we are looking for muscle imbalances. This will indicate where we should get started.

    Finally, we will go over the findings and develop a plan best suited for your goals and lifestyle. At the end of the appointment, we will discuss the number of sessions and payment. We will schedule out your sessions a month at a time and hit the ground running!

    PREPARE: Before your consultation appointment please download “Renpho Health” app from the app store on your device and set up an account. Again, please dress appropriately (sports bra and non revealing underwear) as we will be taking progress photos during the consultation.

    *Each training session is one hour in duration.
