Hey there, I’m Destiny Lines but you can call me Coach D. I’m a 29-year-old personal trainer, proud dog mom to my spoiled pittie, Poppy, and a firm believer that life is better with a good workout and a wagging tail.
Originally from the charming town of Hurley, my journey led me to Springfield, where my passion for health and fitness truly took shape. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the impact of poor health on close loved ones, which initially inspired me to pursue a career in dental hygiene. However, my heart pulled me toward a different kind of transformation—helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through fitness.
The gym became my sanctuary—a place where I found purpose and power. That’s why my mission is clear: "Unleash your strength, embrace your power—Fit & Fierce is where confidence meets resilience. Train with purpose, transform with passion, and become the fiercest version of yourself.”
As your dedicated head coach, I specialize in booty sculpting, functional training, weight loss, strength training, women’s health, and nutrition. I also have experience working with injuries, ensuring stability and mobility while progressing toward your goals. Whether you're just starting or leveling up your fitness journey, I offer one-on-one in-person or partner sessions, online training, and group classes designed to fit your lifestyle.

Hello, everyone! I'm Hillary, a 30-something personal trainer, mom, wife, and proud business owner rooted right here in the heart of the 417.
My fitness odyssey kicked off just a few years back. Back then, I was running on empty—physically and mentally drained, putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own health.
Despite a history of being active and engaged in sports, those days felt like a distant memory. It hit me hard during a family vacation—I struggled to keep up with my kids and felt uneasy in family photos. That was my wake-up call.
Through my transformative journey, I not only conquered my fitness goals but also rediscovered confidence and rekindled my love for movement. That spark led me to pay it forward and guide others on their fitness journey.

I’m a 30-year-old Certified Personal Trainer, and proud Bulgarian girl who’s made Springfield, MO my home. My journey has been anything but ordinary, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others step into their strongest, most confident selves.
Growing up overseas and moving across the world taught me resilience early on. The gym became my anchor—a place where I could push past challenges, build discipline, and create a version of myself I’m proud of. That transformation is what fuels me to help others chase their goals, no matter how big they seem. My mission is simple: Empower women to step into strength they didn’t know they had. Build confidence inside the gym that carries over into every part of life. Create lasting change through structured, sustainable training and smart nutrition.
